Garden room with separate office

Our client had recently moved into their house in Bearsden and had spotted the Garden Room we built next door! Their garden was tired, dated and not entirely practical for their young family. They needed both additional living space and a home office to free up the dining room table due to the living from home revolution. 

We met on site with our landscape chums and devised a cunning plan to sort the entire back garden and respond to all the challenges posed. Removing the two structures and the many many concrete slabs, sorting out the levels and creating a far more family friendly space.

The Garden Room is divided internally to create a small office with window to the front and living space with sliding doors. The rooms are divided by a sliding door to maximise space and privacy and the whole building is painted white internally with Quick Step laminate flooring throughout for a seamless transition between spaces.
