The DUET takes an UNO or DUO room and adds a beautiful canopy space to the side, creating a flexible and stunning open area from which to enjoy your garden.

Key features
All of our Garden Rooms feature the following as standard.
Ground screw foundation
Where possible, we use galvanised steel ground screws for the foundations, which are quick to install, more environmentally friendly and also incredibly robust.
Fully insulated
The walls, floors and ceilings are made from our own constructed SIP's (Structural Insulated Panels) and we use UK grown, sustainable Hemp (70mm) insulation in our walls.
Laminate flooring
We fit QuickStep Laminate flooring as standard in your choice of colour (25 year manufacturers' warranty).
UPVC glazing & doors
As standard, we fit our rooms with Anthracite Grey windows and doors.
Superior security
ANSI Grade 2 key operated locks with multi-point locking systems on doors and windows.
Full electrical installation
Internal LED spots, sockets, external wall lights, Cat 6 Internet connection & power to your home.
Cladding
As standard, we install FSC certified Thermowood, one of the best sustainable claddings on the market, but a range of cladding options are available.
Roofing
We use a synthetic rubber membrane (Firestone EPDM) that is supplied in 1 piece, and we offer a 20-year warranty on the membrane as standard.
From the start, they were fantastic — I felt no need to consult other companies because they really got what we wanted. The entire project was stress-free; the only thing I had to remember was to buy some decent biscuits for the team!
