Uno Mini in a Conservation area in Edinburgh

Our client was in a conservation area in Edinburgh with a small garden in need of transformation.  We handled the entire planning process from the designing of the Garden Room through full submission of the designs to planning and securing permission. 

Gorgeous Uno Micro Garden Room

As soon as this was secured, the build began. The room is 3.6m wide x 2.4m deep to squeeze neatly into the garden without overwhelming the small space. Accessed via UPVc sliding doors, the glazing has integral venetian blinds to control both light and privacy and by being set within the glass, cleaning isn't an issue and the four-legged friends won't get tangled in any cables. 

To make sure everyone was kept happy, Griff the dog has his bed positioned perfectly at the doors!

Once we were finished, Paterior Design came in to transform the garden into this stunning haven for everyone to enjoy.
