Garden Room with Garage
We were invited to discuss replacing an old timber garage with something far more usable for the whole family. The only trouble was there was an old brick-built store creating a tight bottleneck to the rear garden therefore the family camper van couldn't get to the back and there was a substantial area of disused garden creating a real wasted space.
At this point, we introduced our client to our landscape partners as there was no question this mammoth task needed a dual-pronged attack to achieve the end goal! We presented a combined project plan for the transformation and the job began!
The landscapers began the huge down takes and excavation of the entire area and created a sizeable gabion wall to retain the garden, create the parking space and level area for the Garden Room. We then constructed the room with store to replace the old garage and create a lovely home office / sitting room and sizeable garage for the family's multitude of bikes, boats, scooters and gardening materials.
The most amazing experience with Mel and the awesome team from beginning to end. Great project management, absolutely beautiful office & garage, stunning workmanship, efficient, on time and I’m budget.

The final aspect to the project was to create a bespoke wood store to sit alongside the room in front of the all new gabion walls. The shape was somewhat unusual but we love a challenge and rise to it we did! Clad in the same timber the store is a very posh one on the grand scheme of woodstores!
Doors were added to keep the store nice and dry!
