Garden room to replace a garage, good idea

Our clients were in a conservation area in Glasgow with an old concrete garage that was never used. They were looking to make far better use of the space all year round, therefore, a garden room was the perfect solution. 

The old garage was taken down and the existing concrete base used to form the base for the room. The 4m wide doors to the front provide endless light at all times of the day with the envelope style window providing extra light and ventilation. The feature window to the side ensures the bird feeders are constantly watched so all in all it's a lovely addition to a garden and way more useable than an old leaky garage! 

Landscaping around the room puts the tin lid on the overall development that can be used all year round.
