Garden Room with store and custom Pergola
Our client was in need of additional space for a multitude of reasons! Working from home was a challenge due to lack of space and ever growing teenagers wanting a place to hang out with friends was an even bigger challenge! In clearing the site, the garden shed would become a casualty so garden storage was also to be factored in. Finally, somewhere to hang a hammock was the biggest requirement but it had to be weatherproof as lets be honest, sunshine is not that common in Edinburgh!!
We worked really closely with the client to create a visual that ticked all the boxes for all age groups and the above was confirmed!
Internally the room is divided as planned into an office / living space. The secret store to the side is perfect for all the garden tools etc that were once in the shed and the hammock is perfectly positioned beneath the custom Pergola. 
The room is clad throughout in Thermowood, super insulated and accessed via UPVc double glazing so will be perfect all year round!
From the start, they were fantastic — I felt no need to consult other companies because they really got what we wanted. The entire project was stress-free; the only thing I had to remember was to buy some decent biscuits for the team!
