Back in 2023, we trialled a four day week and here we are in July 2024 still operating said plan!
At Outside In we have worked in partnership with BeyondHR for a few years now as we find the HR support services they provide are vital to all aspects of the business.

Having the Friday off eased childcare issues dramatically.
It was a big incentive when applying for the apprenticeship. Not just because it's a 4 day week. It showed me Outside In was a progressive company with staff well being high on the priority list.
