Multi purpose Uno Midi

1 Shandon Terrace 20240613 014Our clients in Edinburgh's Conservation Area were in need of additional space for a home office, family hangout and obviously, somewhere for Bailey the dog to command! The garden was a tired disused space therefore landscaping was also a key consideration in the overall transformation.

1 Shandon Terrace 20240613 010The Garden Room is 4.2m wide x 3m deep which is the perfect space to accommodate both a large sofa and armchair for relaxing and entertaining but also, a desk for work purposes.1 Shandon Terrace 20240613 027The glazing was designed to maximise light and accommodate the furnishings and blinds were fitted within the glazed units for security and to control the sun on the odd occassion it actually appears! 1 Shandon Terrace 20240613 030To the front, the integral step makes the perfect spot for Bailey to survey the newly landscaped garden. 1 Shandon Terrace 20240613 015The garden was completely cleared and returfed. Curved paving created a lovely feature area for sitting out and borders were left for the client to plant lots of lovely colourful plants to attract bees and butterflies. A fence was added to provide additional security and allow for the addition of feature lights. 1 Shandon Terrace 20240613 0231 Shandon Terrace 20240613 047
