Uno Mini in a conservation area with complete garden transformation

Our clients live in the Gullane conservation area in East Lothian. The garden was a small blank canvas that wasn't working as hard as it could for them therefore we were tasked with transforming it into a far more practical, useable space. 

The UNO Mini Garden Room is 3m wide x 3.6m deep to fit neatly into the space. Built on an environmentally friendly ground screw foundation, the room is fully insulated and features UPVc double glazed windows and doors so will make a perfect spot all year round.

Internally the room features full internet connectivity and has a herringbone style QuickStep laminate flooring which has a waterproof guarantee, perfect for the occassional spillage! 

Post build, the Outside In landscape crew came in to replace the tired old decking with blonde sandstone setts to create a far nicer seating nook and meandering stepping stones avoid the need for taking muddy feet into the garden room!.
