UNO Max Garden Room in transformed garden
Our clients had laboured long and hard to lay their lovely astroturf lawn a few years prior however the existing summer house and decking to the side was near collapse and clearly wasn't serving the family well!
We were therefore tasked with creating a Garden Room, primarily as a home office but also as a family entertainment space that connects to a patio and makes better use of the space. We therefore agreed to place the room in the corner rather than the middle of the site making more of the patio and seating area to the right.
Once our client removed the summer house and decking, our landscapers had reduce the level to ensure the garden room steps seamlessly onto the astroturf but we also had to drastically improve drainage as the site was very boggy. 
The room is clad in Thermowood timber, a super robust cladding used by most garden room firms in the absence of Siberian Larch.
A garden socket to the rear of the room along with decorative gravel completes the garden room which is accessed via double UPVc sliding doors to create a stunning feature in the garden.
