Duo Midi with composting toilet, such a handy solution

The Duo Midi is a room we've built a number of times now as it delivers practicality for all the family whilst looking lovely at the bottom of the garden! At 4.2m wide x 3m deep, the building has plenty of space et doesn't overwhelm the garden. 

Our client approached us looking for a fully plumbed toilet with building warrant, planning permission etc however with detailed surveys by our plumber, it was apparent that there was no easy way to get water to or waste away from the location therefore a composting toilet and self contained sink was the perfect answer!

Tucked neatly behind a compact sliding door, the self contained en suite makes the space perfect for visiting customers (our client works from home) who may need to use the facilities and avoids the need for having to travel through the house.

The sliding doors to the front were offset slightly to allow for a desk and tv to fit neatly between the WC and front wall, leaving ample space for a family sofa.The one thing that super impressed us is that our client laid the paving slabs herself and has done a fanstatic job!! The trampoline and swings have moved to the side of the garden so all family members young and old are delighted with the end result!
