Uno Grand Garden room with cat flap for Haggis!

Our client needed additional space in their sizeable garden, primarily for working from home but also as additional hang out space.

The garden had a number of sizeable trees, bizarre fences and the obligatory trampoline that needed cleared before the room came to life!Once this work had been done, we built a 5.4m x 3m Garden Room with specifically placed windows and an extended canopy to the front. The back left was being used as an office area so the desk height window worked perfectly. The external socket ensures garden tools and fairy lights can be easily powered rather than running a cable from the house. The canopy was extended to allow for a simple bench to sit outside and the cat flap was popped in to ensure Haggis felt included!!
